Education professionals across jurisdictions need comprehensive strategies and support to address mental health and substance use issues effectively. Inconsistent approaches have led to inequities and limited positive impact. Our work aims to bridge this gap by providing coordinated, research-driven solutions that empower education professionals and improve mental health and substance use outcomes for youth. 

Our National Standards initiative will provide evidence-informed guidance alongside low-cost and low-barrier resources to support the K-12 education sector in their efforts to reduce the harms of youth substance use.
